Head of People, Scaling Tech Consultancy
Salary: £100-110k + bonus + share scheme
Location: London, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

As Head of People, you will lead the People team and work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for shaping and scaling people operations, driving engagement, and embedding a high-performance culture.
About the role:
This is a newly-created position, working alongside a Chief People Officer to build and develop outstanding People processes and systems and modernise the organisation. The incoming Head of People will identify, procure and implement the best tools to equip this scale-up for considerable growth, while maintaining high standards of people experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the end-to-end people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Partnering with senior leadership to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
* Driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
* Leading on complex employee relations matters and ensuring best-in-class people practices.
* Optimising role design, compensation structures, and incentive plans to drive business growth.
* Championing DEI initiatives and embedding them across all people processes.
* Implementing automation and technology upgrades to enhance People Operations efficiency.
About you:
* You will have experience managing sales professionals and navigating their complex people challenges
* You will be bought into the people-as-a-product approach.
* You'll have experience in a senior people leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
* You’ll be a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
* A passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
* Expertise in people partnering, employee relations, and HR best practices.
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to drive decision-making.
* London-based, with the ability to work from the office three days per week.
