Nolan Roadmarking are looking for an organised and detail driven Administrator to join the team in Port Talbot. In the role as Contracts Administrator you will support the wider team with a variety of tasks where no two days will be the same.

Job Description
As a Contracts Administrator within our Nolan Roadmarking depot your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Providing administrative support for all departments within the office.
* First point of contact for all email and telephone communication.
* Filing, both physical and digitally.
* Maintain Excel reports for use within the wider WJ Group.
* Processing team inboxes for customer services.
* Update and maintain paper and digital records for all departments.
* Preparing written communications for team members.
* Maintain office consumable stock and PPE levels.
* Carry out drug and alcohol testing to all members of staff.
* Collating Daily Record Sheets for submission to clients.
* Produce generic and job specific RAMS for clients.
* Creation of inventory and consumable purchase orders.
* Scanning paper documents/delivery notes.
* Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business.
Qualifications
* Administrative experience essential.
* Strong excel skills.
* Organisational skills are paramount.
* Good attention to detail and right first time approach.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Driving license preferrable.
Experience in a similar role is required however full training will be provided into Nolan ways of working.
