* Maintaining a safe and secure store environment, including regular risk assessments and incident reporting
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
* Developing and implementing strategies to prevent accidents and incidents
* Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness
* Supporting the Store Manager in responding to incidents and investigations
