This vacancy sits within their healthcare market research team, which supports evidence-based decision-making by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, providing clients with actionable insights.
The team specialises in crafting evidence-based strategies, leveraging insights from their research, and delivering impactful messaging to help healthcare organisations achieve their goals, including driving patient engagement, enhancing reputation, and supporting product launches.

The Role
This opportunity presents the postholder an opportunity to work with both the Primary Research Team who focus on qualitative research into patient experience, as well as the Data Science Team, who focus on quantitative data with an industry-leading data science team that utilises the latest techniques to extract and analyse data.
Daily responsibilities will include:
* Designing surveys and discussion guides
* Conducting interviews both virtually and in person
* Analysing data to generate actionable insights and contribute to innovative approaches
* Preparing and presenting client reports
* Collaborating with teams to ensure projects run efficiently by managing timelines and budgets
You
While direct experience in primary market research is not essential, having some exposure or prior experience within a market research or medical communications team is preferred.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
* Excellent time management abilities, being able to work across multiple projects at one time
* Be creative in their approach, to unearth key insights and add benefit to clients’ strategic plans
* Have exceptional written and spoken abilities, being able to articulate complex language and provide clear explanations for your thought process whilst also remaining professional to external stakeholders
