* Location: Caird Avenue, New Milton, BH25 5PX
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
* Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

Duties will include:
Primary Duties
* Process invoices for payment following the agreed company process, ensuring that invoices are processed for payment within correct payment terms and via correct approval process.
* Accurately input invoices onto accounting system.
* Posting of Direct Debt payments to supplier accounts and ensure that all invoices are accounted for and supplier has collected the correct amounts.
* Resolve queries on a timely basis by contacting suppliers and NMSB personnel as required, following up and processing any associated credit notes due and escalating unresolved queries.
* Reconcile supplier statements, requesting and processing missing invoices onto supplier accounts as required.
* Manage supplier relationships and payment requests by phone or email as required.
* Review ledger balances on a monthly basis to identify any debit balances, requesting invoices, posting to supplier account and matching transactions.
* Identify old unpaid invoices and liaise with Financial Accountant, in order to agree action.
* Prepare a weekly list of suppliers that have chased payment to assist FD in preparation of the payment run.
* Process and pay all employee expenses, querying any items that do not fit with company spend policies and referring to FD where required.
* Reconciling and arranging intercompany transfers for any Group Inter Company spend.
* Work with audit team on an annual basis to provide copy invoices where required.
