Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years of experience in an environmental consultancy, with a strong focus on ornithology.
2. Extensive experience with Habitat Regulations Assessments (HRA) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
3. Proven ability to lead and conduct ornithological surveys and produce detailed reports.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing junior staff.
5. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Scotland, including offshore locations.
6. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
