Office Manager (Book Keeper) - Part time / Flexible hours
Between 20 to 30 hrs p/week / Mon - Fri
Some remote working if preferred.
Salary between £16,640 to £26,520 dependent on hours

This role is a mixture of office management and bookkeeping. You will have experience in both. You will be required to work in a small friendly team when in the office, although this role comes with lots of flexibility on the hours you choose to work and the option for a degree of remote working (you must come into the office for some of the week). This is a multiple award-winning company specializing in timber structures.
For the right candidate, we can negotiate terms around them.
Below is an outline of what duties will be required:
Bookkeeping:
1. Enter purchase ledger invoices
2. Issue sales ledger invoices
3. Handle any customer account queries
4. Enter any payments received
5. Check balance on Xero and reconcile
6. Make any payments required
7. VAT Submission
8. CIS Submission
9. Send Statements
10. Manage Retentions
11. Credit Card Reconcile
12. Payroll Prep
13. Payroll (including Pension submission, entering HMRC payment and Payroll journal)
14. Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Management Accounts
Office management and admin:
1. Creating new job files
2. Gathering and inputting timesheets
3. Input holiday request forms
4. Ordering of stationary and other items.
5. Booking of ferries/hotels/Airbnbs etc.
6. Manage insurances and renewals, including shopping around for the best offers.
7. Manage services/ pay bills etc.
