Guest Relations Executive - Marriott Grosvenor Square
Join us as Guest Relations Executive! Participate in enhancing and personalising guest experiences at the hotel by working in a team and overcoming challenges. Build relationships with guests and colleagues to surprise & delight others by attentive touches and anticipation.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and build relationships with guests focusing on repeat guests, elite Bonvoy members and other VIPs.
- Play a key role in the full experience for guests by impacting all stages of stays including pre-arrival, in-house and post departure.
- Identify preferences and update profiles to continuously tailor stays to guests' needs.
- Deliver welcome amenities to guest rooms and purchase items from outside as required.
- Close any service gaps and recover the experience for affected guests by working closely with the Front Office team.
Key Requirements
- Opera knowledge strongly preferred.
- Keen interest to work within a team and help colleagues.
- Ability to stay calm during high volume days and willingness to surpass obstacles.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Meet shift patterns - AM & PM, including weekends.
