Family owned, family run, we are looking for an additional SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR at our MALTON dealership. This role is part time, 3 days a week, 25.5 hours.
Supporting our retail sales departments at our four dealerships, you will be responsible for:
* Contacting Gateway finance renewals by phone;
* Answering live chats and ensuring enquiries are logged on the required systems in an accurate and timely manner;
* Prospecting call customers and booking appointments for Sales Consultants;
* Generating call sheets as required for new car events, specific offers etc;
* Completing a daily reconciliation of calls made and status of customers;
* Ensuring database details are maintained accurately;
* Carrying out any other ad hoc duties relating to Sales as required.
Experience in a call centre environment, car sales administration and/or use of Finance or Dealerweb platforms will be an advantage.
This is an office-based role, making outgoing phone calls and updating the appropriate IT platforms.
You will have excellent telephone, IT and organisational skills and a minimum of Grade 4 GCSE Maths and English.
