Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Chillblast Group in Bradford. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, service, and experience on a day-to-day basis.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Product, Pricing and Availability.
* Ability to multi-task
* Data Entry in various platforms
* Previous experience in a customer service role of 1 - 3 years.
* Knowledge of the PC gaming industry is beneficial
