Job Title: Account Manager - Birmingham \n\nLocation: Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Warwickshire and Sandwell\n\nContract: Permanent \n\nHours: 35 hours per week \n\nRates: 50,000pa \n\nJob Description\n\nSRG are looking for an account manager for a global medical products and technologies company, This is a field based role and will be covering Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Warwickshire and Sandwell. As part of the role, you will be in charge of growing the account sales for advanced wound care through consultation with district nurses and community nurses and specialist teams in the community and hospital. Training and education to support product use.
Pull through of formularies and pathways. Evaluations to support pathway/formulary inclusion. Working closely with the matrix team.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities \n\nDrive overachievement of sales targets across territory\nRepresent the company professionally within the community and some secondary care.\nDemonstrates in-depth clinical and product knowledge within key indication areas\nProduce specific account growth plans detailing actions and resources\nBuild comprehensive customer account plans\nMaximise the clinical access to key brands through formulary inclusions or clinical guidelines.\nPull through of the business by the Account Manager crucial following on from the formulary inclusion.\nDrive and support product implementation across care settings\nEnsure correct and competent use of company brands through regular training\nInitiate and drive (hospital/community) product evaluations through liaisons with key clinical decision makers\nFacilitate audits to gather prevalence data\nPlan and implement local study/educational activity to raise awareness of the therapy areas and build platform for sales opportunities\nMeet agreed Metrics & SFE Standards working within and adhering to Company's compliance policy & Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics.\nA strong understanding of the company CRM system and record calls daily \n\nExperience and Qualifications\n\nSelling experience within medical/pharma industry, selling to primary and/or secondary care.\nStrong team player as will be part of a Matrix team\nEducated to degree level, with ideally a bio-medical sciences background or nursing experience.
Recent graduates with a Bio-medical sciences degree will be considered\nTenacity, be highly motivated and goal oriented\nStrong and impactful communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships and influence key decision makers\nThe ability to demonstrate a good understanding of NHS structure \nDemonstrates skills at meeting or exceeding targets\nStrong presentation & IT skills Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
