At Wagging Tails, we take pride in being able to care for the dogs we walk. Our aim is to make each walk the highlight of a dog’s day, giving them a chance to play, exercise, and explore new sights and smells.
We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, trustworthy person to join us. We provide a dog walking service covering both North Tyneside & Northumberland. The position is part-time to begin with, in the hope of increasing hours as demand increases. The candidate MUST have a clean driving licence and their own vehicle in order to get to clients' homes; however, no dogs are transported in our vehicles as dogs are walked straight from the clients' front door. Unlike other employers in this industry, this is NOT a self-employed position.
The candidate MUST be flexible and be able to work different hours across 5 days per week; however, typically, initially the hours will be 2-4 hours per day - between school hours.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate dog lover; it is an opportunity to have real job satisfaction as well as meeting some wonderful dogs! Candidates must live within the North Tyneside / Northumberland area, ideally within 6 miles from Seaton Sluice.
To apply, please send your CV and a covering letter detailing why you would like to work for us. Any applications without a covering letter will be rejected.
