The Project Support Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the ERP Senior Project Manager in overseeing the final testing, business readiness, and delivery of the D365 ERP implementation for Dreams in 2025. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the programme is executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day - Assist in coordinating the final stages of the D365 programme, ensuring all delivery milestones are met. - Meetings : Run daily meetings with the programme leads and manage actions and decisions. Ensure all actions are documented, communicated and followed up on. - Planning : Assist the Senior Project Manager with the monitoring and updating of the Programme Plan through the delivery phase. - Risk Management: Assist with identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively. - Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, including internal departments, external vendors, and consultants, to provide status updates and address any concerns. - Documentation and Reporting: Assist with co-ordination of workstream updates and preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation. - Resource Management: Work with the Senior Project Manager to allocate resources effectively and ensure teams are equipped for successful delivery. - Issue Resolution: Act as a point of escalation from workstreams for project-related issues, facilitating prompt solutions and ensuring minimal disruption while escalating to the Senior Project Manager as appropriate. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet Dreams` quality standards and adhere to compliance requirements. - Change Management: Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating change management activities to prepare staff for the transition to the new ERP system. - Cutover support : Work with the Senior Project Manager and Cutover Manager to develop and deliver the cutover activities This is the type of person we`re dreaming of: - Minimum of 5 years experience delivery projects - Ideally holds a formal project management qualification (Prince 2 or AMPG) - Excellent verbal and written communications. - Excellent time management - both of self and 3rd parties. - Understanding of the Project Management and Software Development life cycle. - Ability to manage projects across both technical and business transformation workstreams, with strong experience of project management methodologies and tools with appropriate qualifications. - Good Diplomacy and negotiating skills. - Logical and analytical thinking. - Working collaboratively with all parts of the business. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic changing environment. - Ability to assimilate complex material and to communicate effectively regardless of others` technical knowledge. - Ability to meet complex challenges under time constraints and when working under pressure. - Commitment and ownership of problems. - Strong decision-making skills. - Knowledge and competence with Azure DevOps or similar tools will be of benefit.
