Annual salary: up to £38,760.00 Electrician Exeter Full-Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday Salary up to £38,760 (up to £45,000 OTE) – company van & fuel card We provide a tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of our client Exeter City Council. About the Role: As an Electrician you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across Exeter City Council’s portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. The role will also include installation works to empty properties. Plenty of previous experience will be a benefit and a positive ‘can do’ attitude will be required to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Role Criteria: On the job experience NVQ level 3 – Electrical Test and inspection 18th addition Social housing experience preferable Provide own hand tools Full UK clean driving licence.
