Project Manager (Deployment)
Hybrid Based Inverkeithing / Fife and From Home
Full Time / Permanent £48-53,000 per Annum and Excellent Bens

As a Deployment Project Manager, you will take charge of the safety, coordination and execution of our customer deployments with precision and enthusiasm. This dynamic role encompasses managing the end-to-end process, from gathering requirements to overseeing the design and seamless implementation of our Growth Towers. Core responsibilities include:
* Global Project Delivery: Manage multiple global projects, ensuring safe, timely and high-quality deployments
* End-to-End Project Oversight: Coordinate project phases from Sales to Deployment and transition to Customer Support
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Deployment Team, ensuring successful implementations at customer sites worldwide
* Risk and Scope Management: Proactively address risks, dependencies, and change control
* Budget and Resource Planning: Manage costs and develop strategic plans for labour, resources, and logistics
* Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Capture customer requirements, manage expectations, and ensure strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Process Improvement: Conduct lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes
* Technical and Contractual Support: Assist with technical queries, RFP responses, and contract input in collaboration with Sales and Legal
* People Management: Provide leadership and line management for team members, fostering growth and accountability
* Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with customers and internal IGS stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
* Ability to travel globally for extended periods of time
The relevant candidate is a proven Project Manager with demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong grasp of project management principles. We are ideally looking for a candidate with some appreciation of civil / construction type projects and/or heavy equipment design, installation and commissioning the field. This will suit candidates from petro-chemicals, oil and gas equipment and infrastructure, renewable engineering and heavy electro-mechanical products commissioned in the field. Some international project management experience would be a distinct advantage.
