You should have collaborative and enthusiastic styles as well as have a passion and commitment to develop and promote mental health service Main duties of the job As well as providing specialist assessment and treatment within the mental Health Together Services (all age), you will be taking a role in the memory clinic providing initial assessments, pre and post diagnostic support and treatment for people being diagnosed with dementia. The posting is within the community, with contacts being either clinic based or in patients' own homes.
