In this role, you will provide support to clients throughout the night to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities may include assisting with mobility, providing companionship, supporting with personal care, and responding to any needs during the night. You do not need any prior experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant. However, experience in a care setting or interacting with older people—whether through personal or voluntary experience—can be beneficial.
