About the Graphic Designer Role We are looking for a proactive, motivated and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an important role within our Marketing team, responsible for developing a range of high-quality visual assets to support all aspects of our work. The role offers a great opportunity to contribute to an organisation dedicated to education while enjoying a manageable and fulfilling workload. We welcome applicants interested in flexible or part-time arrangements. Your responsibilities would include: 1. Design Creation Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, to produce a range of high-quality graphics, templates, and digital/print materials to support our marketing campaigns and communications. Develop visuals for live and digital events, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and other channels as needed. Create, update and refine templates as required, ensuring that materials remain fresh and engaging. Ensure that all visuals align with our established design style and tone. 2. Project Support Assist the marketing team with creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and deadlines. Work simultaneously on multiple projects across both print and digital media. 3. Digital Channel Improvements Support the ongoing improvement of user experience (UX) across our digital channels by providing design input for websites, landing pages, and email templates. 4. Collaboration and Feedback Work collaboratively with the marketing team. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve design outputs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing. Requirements What we’re looking for: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and creativity is necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, flexible and self-motivated.
