Job Title:
A Multi Lingual Customer Careline Advisor is required to provide exceptional customer support in both Finnish and English.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity based in Canary Wharf, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care and support across all contact channels to Nordic consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in both Finnish and English languages.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
