About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our technical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the technical services team, providing mentorship and direction.
2. Oversee and coordinate technical operations, ensuring project milestones and service level agreements are met.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
6. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project and service goals.
7. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or similar leadership role.
2. Strong technical background with the ability to manage complex projects.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
4. Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
5. Strong understanding of compliance, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Knowledge of technical services within the relevant industry is a plus.
