Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Spotlight Communications. The Account Manager must have strong media relations skills and the ability to implement innovative, result-driven PR campaigns as well as press trips and events. Adept at managing multiple clients and also considered a trusted source of advice on day-to-day account matters and a supportive and motivating manager to junior team members. Luxury hotel experience is preferred. This role is hybrid based in London - with 1/2 days per week in our dog-friendly Holborn office.
Essential Qualities
· A passion for the media: Shares media and industry insights with the wider team on a regular basis
· Keeps abreast of current PR trends and tools
· High levels of communication - presentation, verbal and written
· Time management: very good organisation with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios with excellent attention to detail
· Tenacious – demonstrates persistence in achieving results for clients
· Ambitious – proactively propels client success and success for the agency as a whole
