We're closing in on the biggest moment for loyalty in 11 years at Holland and Barrett and we're on the lookout for an experienced senior manager to help lead us to the next stage in our transformation. As the Senior Loyalty Manager, you'll lead the ongoing engagement startegy as well as play a critical role in our current loyalty transformation. You'll need to know how to bring people on the journey with you and you'll need to understand that loyalty is about much more than just transactions for Holland and Barrett. The Role: The Purpose of the Role: • Design & deliver an ongoing member engagement startegy to drive the commerical performance of loyalty across the consumer flywheel (acquire/engage/retain)• Lead & manage the loyalty campaign calendar partnering with marketing to ensure campaign & category focusses are reflected with relevancy for our member base• Utilise insight, campaign analysis and existing member feedback to continuously optimise cross channel campaign performance, with Mar-tech at the forefront • Lead the activation of first/zero-party data within our personalised promotion startegy in collaboration with our CRM & commercial teams• Lead the development of a new loyalty brand visual identity to support the relaunch of a new loyalty propostion • Partner with our CRM team to design & continuously optimise loyalty lifecycle journeys • Day to day partnership with our CRM, marketing, technology and commercial teams to progress core loyalty KPIs The Person: Key Requirements: • A natural people operator able to navigate a business with confidence and build rapport quickly • Proven track record of developing and implementing customer strategy with evidence of commercial impact• Demonstratable experience and understanding of personalisation strategy• Experienced in managing agencies and leading them towards end goals• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and articulate that into business insight• A sound understanding of Mar-tech from loyalty engines to CDPs to campaign management tools (Braze & Hightouch helpful) What we offer: Our Benefits for this role include, but not limited to: H&B Employee Discount - 25% Bonus Pension company contribution 33 Days Holiday per year (Inclusive of bank holidays) Private Medical Care Exclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providers Electric Car Scheme We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
