Robertson Recruitment are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our manufacturing client on a permanent basis. It will be up to you to manage a portfolio of existing clients/jobs and support the team through the production process. You will also be responsible for bringing in new leads and managing long-term clients to find new ways to generate recurring business. This is not a hybrid role.
Please be aware you can earn up to £1500 extra in commission a month after you have passed a successful probation.
Sales Account Manager Working Hours
08:00 until 16:30 Monday to Thursday
07:30 to 16:00 Friday
Sales Account Manager Duties
* Managing sales - Research and develop new business opportunities, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Onboarding new clients - Inputting new customer details onto Sage 50.
* Account management - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
* Aftercare - Follow up with existing contacts for any repeat/new business.
* Sales processes - Review sales process to ensure it is in line with how to win business.
* Communicating - Responding to internal and external queries through all methods, including phone and email, and communicating efficiently.
