About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and innovative Geography lessons to inspire and challenge students across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5).
* Develop a strong, positive rapport with students to foster a love of learning and geographical exploration.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
* Assess, record, and report on student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
About You:
We are looking for a Geography Teacher who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Has a strong academic background in Geography or a related field.
* Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
* Is committed to raising standards and supporting the progress of all learners.
* Possesses strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
* Has prior teaching experience in secondary education (preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates).
