Study Programme Engineering Manager
Location: Cornwall - £37,000
The Job:
1. Deliver engaging lessons aligned with college values and curriculum requirements.
2. Plan lessons and schemes of work to support learner success.
3. Assess and provide constructive feedback on learners’ work to aid improvement.
4. Promote courses and attend marketing events like open days.
5. Participate in CPD activities, peer observations, and curriculum updates.

The Candidate:
* Recent hands-on experience in the sector.
* Sound understanding of engineering practices.
* Knowledge of mechanical engineering applications.
* Knowledge of working within the electrical/mechanical sector.
* Appropriate engineering-based qualifications (ideally to Level 4 or equivalent).
* Full or partial teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PGCE, DET, or Certificate of Education).
* Level 3 English and Maths.
The Package:
- Salary up to £37,000 per annum
