As we continue to grow, we’re currently looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our Sales division.
Operating from our 26-acre Banbury Head Office and our state-of-the-art Health & Beauty manufacturing facility in Redditch, DCS Group is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and fostering a thriving, inclusive workplace for our people.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Own and nurture commercial relationships, delivering agreed revenue and margins across key accounts
Assess product briefs, manage timelines, and ensure projects are on time, within budget, and profitable
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities while building and sustaining strong client relationships
Provide strategic insights and consultative support to clients, aligning our unique value propositions with their goals
You’ll be a confident communicator, skilled in negotiation and relationship building, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. You have experience with key account management, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are highly motivated to drive results.
