What you’ll be doing: You will work as part of a team, ensuring a safe and caring supportive environment is maintained, which meets the individual and group needs of the people that live with us. Helping to settle the people we support, being that friendly face and somebody to talk to should they wake through the night. The role will involve assisting with personal care, domestic support, preparing meals, updating our internal systems, reviewing care plans, risk assessments and monthly reports.
