AXA- Global Healthcare are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their Sales team on a 12 month fixed term contract and provide comprehensive support to a global sales team, ensuring the integrity of the pipeline, facilitating the production of complex and accurate quotes, and driving efficiency and standardization of sales support processes across regions. In this role you’ll optimize the sales process, reduce turnaround times (TATs), and enhance collaboration among various internal teams, ultimately contributing to the success of the Large Corporate IPMI sales team. You’ll work closely with sales teams, pricing, underwriting, and sales enablement to ensure smooth pipeline progression, risk appetite qualification, and timely quote delivery. You’ll collaborate with regional sales support teams to standardize processes and ensure consistency across global distribution teams. What you’ll be doing: Manage and monitor the global sales pipeline to ensure accurate, up-to-date data is maintained. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate input into CRM systems, providing clarity on sales opportunities and their current status. Collaborate closely with the pricing and underwriting teams to produce complex, customized quotes for large corporate clients. Ensure that all quote requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with the risk appetite guidelines. Monitor quote turnaround times (TATs), ensuring that deadlines are met and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders and clients. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and tools to qualify and assess opportunities effectively. Maintain strong relationships with the global sales team, pricing, underwriting, and sales enablement to ensure seamless communication and the successful execution of complex deals. Facilitate the smooth flow of information between teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Provide support to regional sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and information to manage and advance sales opportunities effectively. Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized sales support processes across the global distribution teams. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in sales support, pipeline management, or related roles, preferably within the insurance, IPMI, or corporate sales sectors Experience in working with large corporate clients and cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Excel, and other sales support tools Ability to understand and apply risk appetite criteria to pipeline opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement solutions Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of tasks As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
