Role overview We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in London. You will lead the social presence for one of our most exciting accounts, Grenade: a globally recognised protein and nutrition brand, known for their bars, shakes, and powders. You’ll be the voice of the brand, shaping its social identity and creating bold, innovative content that aligns with their active, fitness-driven ethos. Reporting to a Business Director, you’ll collaborate with the client to lead their social agenda forward. As a Social Media Manager at ELVIS, you will: Develop engaging posts from concept to live publishing. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s identity and active lifestyle ethos. Identify and pitch social concepts to grow engagement. Stay updated on platform trends, audience insights, and recommend strategies. Align content plans with the brand strategy and ensure execution. Engage with the audience, handle crisis management, and oversee FAQs. Analyse data, create reports and PCA documents, and present findings. Maintain awareness of legal requirements in social media activities. You'll bring: Experience working at a mid-to-senior Social Media Manager level. Experience working in social media management and community management Experience content planning and jumping on reactive trends Experience creating content (design/ photography/ motion capture/ editing) Experience leading an account - working directly with clients Experience with Crisis Management FMCG experience is a bonus.
