Responsibilities:
1. Log and track support calls via the IT service desk system, escalating complex issues as needed.
2. Own and resolve user issues, ensuring a proactive approach.
3. Assist in provisioning and de-provisioning Entra user accounts and profiles.
4. Maintain and support peripheral equipment: printers, telephones, laptops, and mobile devices.
5. Configure and deploy mobile devices for various projects.
6. Participate in office relocations, coordinating the movement of PCs and monitors.
7. Facilitate installation and replacement of IT equipment for Head Office and Field teams.
8. Collaborate with head office teams for hardware collections and deliveries.
