SEN Teacher – Ebbw Vale (Full-Time)
Pay – Starting from £166.32 per day
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a local special educational needs (SEN) school in Ebbw Vale on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting students across various classes and providing tailored learning experiences.
About the School:
The school caters to pupils aged 3–19 with a range of additional learning needs, including:
* Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH)
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
* Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher who can deliver engaging and adaptive lessons that ensure all students can access the curriculum in a way that suits their individual needs. Class sizes are small (8–10 pupils), and a multi-sensory teaching approach is essential.
While experience in an SEN setting is desirable, the school welcomes applications from teachers who have a genuine passion for working with SEN pupils and are eager to develop their skills in this area. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a long-term career in special education.
The Ideal SEN Teacher Will Have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – experience in SEN is preferred but not essential
✅ A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching

✅ The ability to differentiate and tailor lessons to meet individual needs
✅Enhansed DBS and EWC registraion
