Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Runcorn on a full-time basis.
As an Apprentice Administrator, you will support the team in a variety of administrative and operational tasks while gaining valuable on-the-job training and experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in administration within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry – Input and update information accurately in spreadsheets and company systems.
* Data Extraction – Review and verify data from the Inview Detect system via the Ajax app.
* Tower Monitoring – Check security towers to ensure they are recording properly.
* Offline Tower Reporting – Identify and report any offline towers promptly.
* Work Order Creation – Generate and process work orders for engineers.
* Shadowing & Training – Work closely with team members, including shadowing senior staff, to understand the setup and operation of security cameras.
* General Administrative Support – Assist with various administrative duties as required.
Key Experience Required:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
* Ability to work methodically and follow structured processes.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Willingness to learn and develop in an administrative role.
* A proactive and positive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
* Happy to work full-time while completing an Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
