Role Overview: Credit Controller
We are looking for a Credit Controller with proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Flexibility and helpfulness are essential qualities for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally.
2. Collect payments via Webcom & Worldpay platforms.
3. Identify and escalate issues promptly to the Credit Control team.
4. Provide support to colleagues within the Finance team as needed.
