We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Partnerships Manager with experience in both the UK and international markets to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to optimise existing partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Support Framework Development: Help shape a robust framework for managing commercial partnerships.
* Manage Existing Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong relationships and performance optimisation.
* Identify New Opportunities: Research, evaluate, and onboard new partnerships that align with Tes' goals.

* Proven experience in business development or commercial partnerships.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* An analytical mindset, with the ability to present financial data.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
