Before applying for consideration, please review the following information: Main duties include: Main duties Attending training days prior to the start of the program/summer Assisting the program leader(s) with supervision, recitations, daily check-ins, answering student questions, and simulations Mentoring high-achieving high school students while serving as a representative of the University of Pennsylvania Working and communicating effectively with a team (including other TAs) to support the program and students Guiding student groups throughout their final projects About you Experience studying key concepts in Business and/or Finance Evidence working with students 15-18s Good time management, people skills, and academic integrity Essential Experience studying key concepts in Business and/or Finance Evidence working with students 15-18s Good time management, people skills, and academic integrity Desirable Is a 3rd-year or more student of Business, Finance, or Economics Experience working in a summer school environment
