JOB PURPOSE
As part of Business Solutions International, Creative and Digital provides in-house creative and multichannel marketing support to colleagues. With unique access to owned channels, the capabilities provide a seamless journey from concept creation to deployment, allowing colleagues to connect brands and divisions with HCPs and patients around the world.
Within C&D, the Creative and Content functional capability develops innovative ideas and content strategies for digital and traditional platforms. It is responsible for crafting compelling copy, designing visually appealing assets, and implementing strategies for brand awareness and engagement. It develops and executes creative concepts, branding, advertising campaigns, and other visual and written content.
Senior Digital Graphic Designer. The right candidate will refine and/or develop, visual elements or creative concepts for client deliverables across various touchpoints (print & digital). Experience in motion graphics and animation essential. The Senior Graphic/Digital Designer must be comfortable in leading projects and provide unique ideas from concept to finish. You will be a team player and also be able to drive your own projects from basic to complex designs, with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing within brand and/or product vision and the creative brief. Ensures deliverables are completed in an efficient manner, on time and on budget. We are looking for a designer that will thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Brand Builder: Partners with Creative team to develop and build strong brand. Supports in brand execution to ensure consistency across brand through all channels. Develops visual design standards for brand.
· Brand Thinker: Partners with Creative team to develop strategic marketing campaign concepts.
Understands both marketing and creative needs to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives. Supports in integration of art direction and design across all channels.
· Team Player and Collaborator: Partner and support the Creative team, editorial team and various cross-functional members to execute creative concepts for robust 360 client experience. Proactive in seeking out answers to help move the project forward. Helps to build relationships with customers to
ensure strategic objectives are met.
· Design Expert: Executes projects with thoughtful and elevated design. Understands design and typographic fundamentals and provides new and exciting design solutions.
· Passionate Creative: Works to further design and art direction expertise. Spends time educating oneself in industry knowledge i.e. photographers, digital best practices, agencies and honing design and typographic skills.
· Excellent communication and presenting skills: Represents creative team in smaller group settings within team and amongst customers. · Perfectionist: Hyper attention to detail

IDEAL BACKGROUND
Education Degree level
Experience · 5+ years of creative experience. ·
Skills and Abilities
· Fluent English (both written and spoken) essential; German, Spanish, French or Japanese a plus
· Animation: Experience in creating storyboards, developing animation/motion graphics (2D and 3D experience), content graphics, visualization of complex information and video editing with Adobe After Effects and/or Premier.
· Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma, Gen AI and 3D Animation software (Cinema4D)
· Passion for design and art direction. Strong eye for typography and hyper attention to detail
· Understanding of digital channels including site, social, email and paid advertising an advantage.
· HTML 5 coding in particular for animated banner ads
· Ability to work in a very fast paced environment, set goals, drive clarity and deliver results under pressure.
· Team player: Enjoys working with a variety of people in various disciplines and collaborating with positive attitude. Supporting other team members through knowledge exchange and peer learning.
· Exceptional communication and presenting skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with highly technical subject matter.
