Description As the Senior Program Manager you will work closely with the Director EU Account Management Advertising, and will own programs that cover all of EU5. As an advisor to the business, you play a critical role on the team, focused on driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires elements of program and project management, as well as the opportunity to build new processes and implement new solutions. You will act as an extension of Account Management leadership to internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, product, marketing, operations, finance, custom, design, CST, yield and more. The Program Manager is required to identify business trends (tailwinds, headwinds) and quickly escalate revenue blockers on behalf of EU Account Management. The Program Manager 's contributions will serve the greatest impact by creating scalable solutions for the broader EU Account Management, and align with long-term objectives. Key primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Business Planning - Spearhead the business planning process aligned with goals, priorities and budgets - Partner with leaders, finance, and operations to identify and allocate resources across teams. Including quota mapping and attainment planning. - Track and report on execution against business plans Business Management - Conduct weekly review of the business inputs, identify potential risks and opportunities, and surface insights to management to improve the health of the business. - Explore, improve and own communication between sales team leadership and sales team - Own business health and sales metrics measurement across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles - Prepare and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates (WBR, MBR, QBR) in partnership with management for executive review - Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvement and innovation - Standardize and scale best practices and learnings across the advertising sales organization Basic Qualifications - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in program or project management Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience leading process improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
