Are you a highly motivated and experienced catering professional? Our client is seeking a passionate Unit Catering Manager to lead their team and provide exceptional service to customers. If you have a track record of success in managing a catering unit and possess the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you!
️ Key Responsibilities:
Motivating and managing a small team of caterers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Training and development of Mobile Cook and Catering Assistants.
Demonstrating expertise in cost control, budget management, and supplier and customer liaison.
Additional duties as determined by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a catering unit with City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2, or equivalent certification.
Possession of a Level 3 food hygiene certificate.
Ability to showcase strong leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
Familiarity with cost control and budget management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with suppliers and customers at all levels.
GMP Vetting, updated CV with the last 5 years' employment history, and references from previous employers are essential.
