HSQE Manager - Portsmouth & On-Site - £35k-£40k per annum - Full-Time - Permanent Qualifications required: IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) Experience: Proven experience with ISO accreditations Quality control Development and implementation of policies and procedures Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSQE Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects across our projects. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in HSQE management and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects. Visit contract managers on-site to monitor and ensure safe project delivery. Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE policies and procedures. Manage and maintain ISO accreditations. Conduct quality control inspections and audits. Provide training and support to staff on HSQE matters. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present HSQE reports to senior management. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
