Join our clients dynamic sales support team and play a vital role as a Customer Service Administrator in processing new and renewing business energy supply tenders. Please note, this position will be hybrid working 2 days in the office once you have passed your training. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage business energy contracts, including pricing, renewals, and administration. Dealing with some inbound calls, responding to customer queries. Accurately log, quote, and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all work meets strict compliance and accuracy standards. Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment while managing your own workload. What We're Looking For: ?
