Job Title: English Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide personalised English language tutoring to students
* Develop lesson plans and educational materials tailored to individual learning needs
* Assist students in improving their English language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their language learning goals
Required Qualifications:
* A recognised teaching qualification in English as a foreign language
* Excellent command of the English language
* Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in English language teaching or tutoring
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and techniques
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Patience and empathy in working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field
* Experience teaching English to speakers of other languages
* Experience with online teaching platforms
Working Conditions:
Flexible part-time hours, may include evenings and weekends. Work may involve travel to student's location or online tutoring.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
