We’re currently undergoing recruitment for a General Administrator to join our client in the Welshpool area.
Monday – Friday
37.5 Hours per week
Salary to be discussed at interview stage
Main roles and responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate team member.
Serving as the first point of contact for clients.
Scheduling appointments and managing team calendars.
Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills and Requirements:
Touch typing skills are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
