Speaking to patients face to face or on the telephone, you will be the first point of contact and the ambassador for the practice. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work under pressure, previous experience working in a GP surgery is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. IT know-how is essential and the key requirements are reliability, commitment, motivation and attention to detail.
