We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with aspirations to progress to Senior Manager for our client in Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of businesses, from household names to startups. You will not only focus on core audit essentials but also provide valuable advice and management information to help clients grow and develop.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead, plan, and deliver a broad range of Corporate engagements.
* Execute assurance engagements from planning to completion for statutory and group reporting.
* Coach and develop trainees into accomplished business advisors.
* Monitor budgets and agree fees for each assignment.
* Manage client relationships and expectations.
* Contribute to business development activities in the local marketplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience managing a broad portfolio of audit clients.
* Excellent people management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with people at all levels.
* A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
* Must have transport and a full driving license.
