Process Performance & Digital Lead - Europe Location: Renfrew, Scotland, United Kingdom, PA4 8XJ Company: Chart Industries The Role As the Process Performance and Digital Lead - Europe, you will coordinate the regional digitalisation plan, lead and facilitate change initiatives to optimise business performance, and promote best practices sharing. You'll support the roll-out of Chart Business Excellence (CBE) tools and processes across the region. You'll also lead initiatives to implement digital solutions, streamline processes, and promote knowledge-sharing to elevate operational standards. What Will You Do - Coordinate, lead and support key digitalisation initiatives within Chart Europe. - Collaborate with business units and support functions to integrate digital technologies that enhance operational performance. - Lead and facilitate strategic improvement projects across the Europe region. - Identify opportunities for performance enhancements and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of improvement projects. - Support the continuous improvement roadmap focusing on safety, performance, and transformational change. - Ensure business units generate improvement ideas that deliver targeted savings and performance outcomes. - Organize benchmarking and knowledge-sharing activities to promote best operational practices across Chart Europe production sites. - Drive the adoption of continuous improvement practices across the region. What Do You Bring An ideal candidate would likely have the following experience. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline - 2-5 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or a related role in a manufacturing/industrial environment. - Strong knowledge of operational excellence principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). - Proven track record in leading performance improvement or transformation projects. - Experience in digital transformation initiatives and deploying digital tools in an industrial setting. - Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Apps, JIRA, Smartsheet). - Willingness to travel within the Europe region. Desirable: - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. - Experience with low-code app development and workflow automation tools. - Experience working with ERPs and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). - Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). - Familiarity with key manufacturing processes (e.g., fabrication, machining, non-destructive inspection).
