Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative assistance to various departments. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
1. Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
2. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing post.
3. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation.
4. Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
5. CV preparation, ensuring formatting, content and presentation maximises the candidate’s chances of success.
6. Tracking employee timesheets and updating payroll records accordingly.
7. Submitting security clearance applications, conducting background checks and investigations to verify the information provided in applications.
8. Using Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking and analysing data.
9. Collaborating with team members to gather and compile data for audits and compliance purposes.
10. Contribute to monthly branch meetings
11. Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
12. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
16. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
17. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
18. Eligibility to work in the UK.
