The Trust is seeking an experienced and professional individual to provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support to the Chair and Senior Independent Director.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be highly organised to successfully ensure the smooth running of the office and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate will have extensive diary management experience, with the ability to develop effective systems and strategies to manage the efficient use of time and workload for the specified Director.
We are open to ensure the hours match the right candidate and therefore are open to agree the right contract for the right person. The role will be hybrid, but in-office working will be required.
The hours available will be between 15-22.5 hours per week, with the working pattern to be agreed but potentially split over 3 working days.

* Experience of working under pressure with strict deadlines and dealing with a range of complex issues, sometimes leading to conflicting priorities.
* Experience of working in the NHS.
* Experience of a wide range of Trust procedures and practices.

* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to apply appropriate judgement to deal with competing demands and high workloads.
