Description We are looking for a talented ESG Senior Analyst to join our team specialising in ESG Internal Controls for our Corporate Business Segment. Responsibilities In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact: Conducting comprehensive business process and internal control reviews within the EMEA region to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, focusing on ESG considerations. Collaborating closely with the ESG Strategy team to implement and enhance ESG internal controls, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the region. Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal control frameworks to monitor and mitigate ESG-related risks for EMEA regulatory requirements. Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the organization's operations, supply chain, and stakeholder engagements. Identifying and addressing internal control deficiencies relating to ESG, working collaboratively with auditors and relevant teams to implement solutions. Preparing and maintaining ESG internal control documentation and process maps, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Communicating results, observations, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams. Participating in process improvement initiatives to integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making. Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need the following: Significant understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD) and their application to business operations. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, environmental studies or related field required. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or equivalent certification preferred.
