* Data Management: Uploading product data to various systems to ensure component traceability and warranty status.
* Creation of all unique asset IDs within the business.
* Ensure all product documentation aligns with Aggreko Standards.
* Upload and processing all Product Release documentation via Enovia PDM System for products manufactured both internally and externally.
* Support and govern changes made by the Engineering Team, ensuring all changes receive approval from relevant stakeholders.
* Creation of parts via M3 MRP system
* Maintain asset details throughout the life of the product
Administration experience in an Engineering environment.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle repetitive administrative work efficiently.
* Experience of a PLM system or MRP system is highly desirable
* Highly organised with excellent document management skills.
* Ability to ensure compliance and approval processes are followed accurately.
