Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.
With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Well, what about the team?
As a Product Manager in our Core Player Experience domain, you’ll shape the essential features—such as onboarding, payments, and player engagement—that underpin Bally’s real money gaming products. Reporting to the VP Product – Core Player Experience, you’ll align with our strategic goals to create effective user experiences while maximising return on investment within our software development budget. This role plays a key part in a dynamic industry, directly supporting acquisition, retention, responsible gambling, compliance, and our expansion into new markets.
You’ll represent the needs of players and internal stakeholders, developing a product roadmap based on thorough research, competitor analysis, and a strong grasp of betting trends. Supported by a skilled Product team, you’ll work closely with Product Owners and Technology to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and advance Bally’s objectives.

So, what will you be doing?
* Take responsibility for Bally’s core features—covering onboarding, payments, help & support, and responsible gambling tools—that form the backbone of our real money gaming products.
* Develop a deep knowledge of these areas, explaining their importance to customer satisfaction and business success.
* Build support across the business for a vision that strengthens our product offering.
* Work with Product Owners to define clear requirements that align with business goals and meet player needs.
* Focus on player needs, using data, UX research, and testing to shape a roadmap that boosts engagement and grows our reach.
* Work hand-in-hand with Commercial, Marketing, Delivery, and Technology teams to bring your vision to life—from go-to-market plans to seamless launches.
* Set the standard for efficient, effective collaboration in a fast-moving, international environment.

* Demonstrated success as a Product Manager (or similar role), steering products through the full lifecycle—from vision to launch and iteration.
* Solid grounding in software development and programme management, with a working knowledge of Agile frameworks to drive efficient delivery.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to rally diverse teams around a shared goal.
* Sharp problem-solving and creative thinking, balanced with a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
